No hate, but it annoys me that people can't tell the difference between this or that. So here is the list of stuff that you people can't tell the difference between. Enjoy.
Your and You're
"Your" is the belonging to or associated with the person or people that the speaker is addressing, or the belonging to or associated with any person in general.
"You're" is the shortening of "you are".
Rapper and Raper
"Rapper" is who Eminem is, basically like someone reciting a "poem" fast with funky beats.
"Raper" isn't who Eminem is, it's someone who commits a specific crime. Yes, a serious CRIME. This is important to know as someone could be falseley imprisoned, because of a misunderstanding.
It's and Its (check out its-not-its.info)
"It's" is the shortening of it is.
"Its" indicates possesive.
"Its'"? no. just no.
Honorable Mention: Flutes and Recorders
Recorders aren't flutes. Period. That's it. Why do we call recorders flutes?
Videogames and Violence
Videogames does not make you violent. I am serious. If videogames were to really make you violent, then owning or making a videogame would be a serious crime. Period.
It doesn't really matter if people can't really tell the difference between this or that. But english grammar is important. And context. Bye.
